1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, downloading, installing, or using KrishiTrack (the "App", "Service", "SaaS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Tractor Owner") and KrishiTrack. You confirm that you have the legal authority to bind your business entity to these terms.
2. Description of SaaS
KrishiTrack provides an agricultural SaaS application designed to help tractor fleet owners track machine hours, log sessions manually, generate digital client invoices, export reports, and review business profitability metrics.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We actively release updates, fixes, and feature modifications to optimize application performance across mobile operating systems.
3. Record Keeping and Manual Billing Logs
KrishiTrack offers tools for record-keeping and calculating service billings. Tractor owners manually input service details, rates, and client payments inside their dashboard. You agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all values, invoice rates, and payment logs. The App acts as a tracking tool and does not process credit cards or financial transactions directly.
4. Account Safety & Client Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and client account allocations completely confidential. You agree to assume full responsibility for all activities, logs, and cost submissions entered under your primary business account or associated client dashboard profiles.
If you suspect a client login profile is compromised, you must immediately reset the client password or delete the login profile inside your owner dashboard.
5. CRITICAL NOTICE: Caching and Offline Work Disclaimers
[!WARNING] DATA RETENTION DURING OFFLINE SESSIONS
KrishiTrack is designed to buffer operational logs and billing records in a local device cache when no internet connection is available in deep fields. This local data will NOT synchronize to our cloud database (Cloud Firestore) until the mobile device connects to an active internet signal and flushes the queue.
To avoid permanent data loss, you explicitly agree to the following:
- You must NOT uninstall the mobile application or clear the device's sandboxed local storage files while there are un-synced logs pending in the offline queue.
- We are NOT liable or responsible for the loss of any work logs, session records, or payment details resulting from device resets, local database corruption, hardware failures, or uninstalls prior to synchronization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KrishiTrack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Inaccuracies in calculated tractor fuel, ploughed acreage, or service totals resulting from user data entry errors or device calibration faults.
- Tractor operation accidents, mechanical breakdowns, or owner-client billing disputes occurring during active logged sessions.
- Business interruptions, loss of profits, or data loss arising from application downtime or synchronization delays.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in competent local courts.
8. Terms Updates
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. If a change is significant, we will post the revised terms on our website. Continued use of KrishiTrack after revisions take effect constitutes absolute acceptance of the updated Terms.
